7TH R.R.F.S. (Radio Research Field Station) Ramasun Station During the Viet Nam war I was in Udorn Thailand from August 1971 to August 1972. I was stationed at the 7th Radio Research Field Station. also known as Ramasun Station. Here are some pictures from that time and area. The base was closed around 1976, to the best of my knowledge. I was only inside the building once or twice. This was where all the "Big Brass" hung out.

This is a huge picture and it is probably a "Dial Up" Killer! You have been warned.
I had a Thai Drivers License and a 350 Honda while in country. Sold the bike when I finished my tour of duty.
